* Ingredients
500 gr. walnuts
4 eggs 50 gr.
cocoa powder 150 gr.
sugar 100 gr. breadcrumbs
a knob of butter grated rind of a lemon (I use the Mandarin)
3 tablespoons flour 1 cup of coffee
yeast
Preparation:
Finely chop the walnuts, add the beaten egg yolks well with sugar, then add in order: whip the egg whites, breadcrumbs browned in butter, flour, lemon peel and coffee, tablespoon of baking powder. Garnish with some walnuts and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
PERSONAL NOTE!
ME WITH NUT prefers the zest or tangerine orange, I DO NOT LIKE HOW THE LEAGUE WITH LEMON!
